When can I move here?
Once confirmed for a unit, you can move in anytime by booking an appointment.
How do I pay my bill?
We accept all type of payment methods. You can pay your bill with cash or debit or credit cards. Our customer support team will guide you throughout the payment process.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
All you need to do is provide us with copies of your previous and present address we will take care of the rest.
How should I pack my things for storage?
We have a specially trained team to guide you through packing your belongings for storage.
Are there any restricted items?
Yes, objects such as weapons of any kind are restricted as well as other illegal materials.
What if I forget my gate access code?
You can reset your access code by verifying your identity. Once you’ve been verified you can access your storage just like before.
